I’m an avid hiker and spend most weekends escaping the daily grind and putting a few more miles onto my hiking boots. You can usually find me on trails near water and as far away from heavily trafficked trails as possible!

When I’m not hiking, I’m spending time with my family at home – usually sitting out on the back patio enjoying the day or cooking. We have two dogs – Pockets, our fat beagle mix who loves to pretend he’s never been fed, and Sohnsie, our corgi puppy who is my little golden shadow and keeper of my heart. I’m also a plant hobbyist and currently, I’m slowly turning our house into a jungle one plant at a time.
